How To Order
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at disontag.net, refunds or exchanges are not offered as digital items cannot be returned. Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand.
If you have a DISONTAG account, you can download your purchases from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your DISONTAG account. Click here to log in!
If you check out as a guest, the download link will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order (in the confirmation email you received).
- First, navigate to the product page. On this page, you can select the product details. Here, you can choose the details of your tag or card.
- When you reach the "Personalize it" section.
- Next, upload the label/card design file you want and click "Add to Cart".
- Complete the checkout process and wait for your product to arrive!
About Your Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Take several photos of the issues
1. Pictures of the packaging (if still intact)
2. A photo of the order
3. Open the product entirely to see if the overall set was affected or only a few items
Send an email to hello@disontag.com with the following information attached along with additional information
Once we receive an email, DISONTAG will assist you within 1 business day with the next steps to getting this issue corrected.
