Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if we made an error
in customization or if your order was damaged during shipping, you may qualify for a free reprint. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Re-Customization/Refunds
To request a reprint or refund, email us at hello@disontag.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

Order number
Photos of any defects or damage
If approved, we’ll reprint and ship your order at no additional cost. If time does not permit a reprint, we’ll refund your original payment within 2-3 business days, depending on your credit card issuer's policy.
